Home port of the seaQuest and Atlantic Headquarters of the UEO. Many of the crew have homes and apratments here. Coming home means sun, surf and fresh air. Things that are in short supply in a submarine. Of course, all shore leave does not mean home leave. The officers and crew are still happy to enjoy all the liberty they can get.
