This page will showcase Christmas or Holiday Emergency! stories. We will accept stories for this page all year long since much as a writer might have been in the mood to write one at Christmas, there may not have been any spare time in which to do it. We still prefer the stories to be on-duty stories about the guys but the Old Scrooge in us will allow family members to play a larger role in these stories. We do still want them to be in the timeframe of the show so that means that Johnny, Chet and Marco MUST remain single and childless. We also want the stories to be upbeat. Humor is VERY welcome, of course, as is some touch of magic or fantasy -- after all, it IS that time of the year. To get you in the mood, we'll post the two Christmas pieces we have already at the site but we are actively looking for more. Stories from defunct sites are welcome but we'd prefer to avoid double posting from other active sites for this one. We want readers to go to all the sites for Holiday stories and having different stories on each site makes it more fun to do that. Christmas or any other Yuletide/End of Year Holiday are welcome as well as New Years' Eve stories. There are also Christmas stories on the Retired Challenges page of the Classic story archive. Stories may be long or short, serious or funny. Filks or upbeat poems are okay just this once, too. If you're at a loss for inspiration, how about taking the title or a line from a well known holiday song/movie/story and writing an E! story to fit it.
